Shraiya completed her Masters in Energy Technology from Tezpur University, Assam and holds a B. Tech in Electronics and Communication from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Sikkim. Previously, she has worked with the Department of Planning and Investment, Government of Arunachal Pradesh as Young Professional where she was involved in monitoring and evaluation of various State and Centrally Sponsored schemes. Her research interests include public policy and energy economics.
