As a pre-cursor to the scheduled visit of the Prime Minister of Vietnam H.E Nguyen Tan Dung, a roundtable discussion on Indo-Vietnamese co-operation in emerging Asia and the way forward was held. The discussion was enriched by the presence of the Secretary, MEA, former ambassadors from Vietnam and India, academicians, diplomats and security experts.
