Role Summary:
This job role has two main focus areas:

- (1) Being an executive assistant to senior leadership which includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings and ensuring a smooth workflow of upper level management
- (2)This role will also require you to support the day-to-day administrative and office operations of the organisation. This includes travel and accommodation coordination, attendance management and vendor coordination. The role requires strong organisational skills, reliability and the ability to coordinate smoothly with internal teams, vendors, service providers and media/design partners.
Role Summary:
- Calendar management & time management of multiple senior leaders, including proactively managing internal priorities against external stakeholder demands
- Stakeholder & correspondence management, including drafting, proofreading, and managing official correspondence (letters to ministries, DCs, CMs, donor agencies) with zero factual/protocol errors.
- Document & information management of sensitive files, including MoUs, donor agreements, board papers, policy drafts.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for staff, including flights, trains and hotel stays.
- Manage staff attendance records and related administrative tracking.
- Support asset management, including maintaining records of office equipment and IT assets.
- Vendor management, including identifying and selecting vendor and media personnel for Op-eds and related publications.
Senior Lead / Lead - Public Policy & Corporate Outreach, New Delhi
Pahle India Foundation (PIF) is looking for two experienced professionals to join us as a Public Policy and Corporate Engagement Lead. This is a senior, field-facing role responsible for managing existing partners with attention and growing PIF’s network of corporate and institutional partners. In addition to this you will be responsible for translating partnerships into funded projects. You will have the chance to build
deep sectoral expertise on the policy and regulatory issues that shape partnership opportunities. The ideal candidate combines a strong public policy grounding with an instinct for business development, partnerships, and outreach, and is comfortable spending time out in the field engaging with corporate and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Partnership & Relationship Management
- Manage and deepen relationships with PIF’s existing corporate donors, funders, and institutional partners.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
Aligned Partnership Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with PIF’s mission and sectoral priorities.
- Proactively reach out to and build relationships with prospective corporate and institutional
partners.
Policy & Regulatory Acumen
- Maintain a strong, current understanding of policy and regulatory developments relevant to
assigned sectors. - Apply policy insight to identify partnership angles, risks, and opportunities for PIF and its partners.
Partnership-to-Project Translation
- Convert partnership relationships into concrete, funded projects — shaping proposals, negotiating scope and terms, and closing agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure funded projects are well-designed and deliverable.
Sectoral Knowledge Leadership
- Develop deep, sustained expertise in the policy and regulatory landscape of the assigned sector(s).
- Track emerging policy challenges and regulatory shifts, and position PIF as an informed, credible partner.
- Represent PIF at external forums, meetings, and events relevant to the sector.
District Coordinator – National Program for Lead Elimination, Multiple Locations
Pahlé India Foundation (PIF) is a public policy think-and-action tank working at the intersection of research, policy implementation, and partnerships to advance India’s inclusive development agenda. PIF collaborates with government, industry, philanthropy, and knowledge partners to design evidence-based solutions aligned with the vision of a Viksit Bharat. The vacancy sits within the Environmental Health vertical, specifically the India-Lead Elimination Action Partnership (iLEAP).
About the Project
The role is part of the India-Lead Elimination Action Partnership (iLEAP) at Pahlé India Foundation. The project, envisioned by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and coordinated by the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), is a pilot programme to prevent, detect, mitigate and respond to lead poisoning in 78 districts across India. Development partners such as PIF provide strategic and technical support to District Magistrates and relevant departmental officers to identify the issue, co-create district-specific plans and support effective implementation.
Role Overview
The role will involve mapping health and environmental indicators, engaging with Ministry and state authorities but primarily the district administration specially the district magistrate along with relevant departments district officers, medical institutions and other stakeholders, supporting capacity-building initiatives, and contributing to the planning, implementation and monitoring of district lead elimination action plans. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, field
coordination, data and documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively within the government system. The District Coordinator will also support the Ministry and State Coordinators in implementing the lead elimination programme at the district level.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the District Magistrate and district administration in planning, implementing and monitoring district-level lead elimination action plans.
- Support the Ministry and State in implementing project activities and achieving district-level project objectives, including providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Map health and environmental indicators and undertake field-level data collection, validation, analysis and identification of lead exposure hotspots.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, medical institutions and other relevant partners, and sensitise them on lead poisoning and lead elimination.
- Facilitate inter-departmental coordination across Health, Food, Environment, ESIC, Labour, Mines & Minerals and other relevant departments.
- Organise and support capacity-building activities, including training programmes, workshops and stakeholder consultations for district-level stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, briefs, capacity-building materials, databases, trackers and other records.
- Undertake extensive field travel within the assigned district and occasional travel within the state or to New Delhi, and perform other project-related responsibilities as assigned.
