We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Administration & Operations who not only possesses basic administrative skills but also has a solid foundation in accounting, finance, and IT.


The ideal candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Management (preferably Finance & IT / Operations specialisation) with at least 2 years of relevant experience, should possess strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, the following are pre-requisite:

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and IT management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
