Members of Parliament, today, are required to interact more frequently with their increasingly aware constituents. This necessitates better designed constituency development plans. Ideally, a carefully considered plan and effective implementation can generate tangible gains for the people at the grass root level, all of which can be achieved in the course of the five year electoral cycle.
