As a passionate development professional with background of Master in Social Work from TISS, Lenboi had hands on experience from grassroot development organization to central ministry. Prior to joining Pehle Indian Foundation(PIF) Lenboi was engaged as a Senior State Coordinator in Project Monitoring Unit of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment(MSJE), monitoring centrally sponsored schemes and liaising with state government across States and UT.
His area of interest lies in bringing tangible change in the lives of people who belong to weaker section of society.
