Ravi is the Executive Director at ‘Pahle India Foundation’. Dr Rajiv Kumar, India’s foremost economist and former head of NITI Aayog is the founder Chairman of Pahle India. Earlier Ravi was CEO of South Asia’s foremost political think tank, Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini (RMP). He worked with RMP for 10 years. RMP is a political think tank and a training academy working since 1982, and can boast of having trained the top Indian politicians and policy makers of today.

Ravi has also been part of several crucial Government committees in NITI Aayog, Ministry of Rural Development, Panchayati Raj etc over the last 16 years of his professional career. He had also served as the Deputy Dean at the ‘Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership’ and the Chief Mentor at the ‘Atal Incubation Centre- RMP Foundation’.
