Yvonna Tia Steele

Yvonna Tia Steele has a Master’s in Public Policy from the Kautilya School of Public Policy, Hyderabad following her undergrad in Economics Honors. Her academic and professional interests lie in economic policy, fintech regulation, and development strategy. She has contributed to research and publications on maritime trade security and regulatory innovation in the FinTech sector.

She has previously worked as a policy intern at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and a project intern at ICRIER, New Delhi, where she analyzed capital efficiency and labor trends in NIFTY-500 firms. She also brings experience from roles in venture capital and market analysis at Dexter Ventures and Marketing Dice, where she conducted regulatory and market research and developed communication strategies.
