Kuntala is a Senior Fellow at Pahle India Foundation, bringing over 17 years of diverse experience in Strategy Consulting, Policy Advocacy, Research, and Analytics. She has worked extensively across South Asia, ASEAN, the Middle East, and North America, advising governments and businesses on technology-driven economic transformation. Her work covers a wide spectrum of issues at the intersection of strategy, technology and development; including the impact of digital technology on employment generation, the role of new-age technologies such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and big data in driving trade, productivity, and inclusive growth, as well as evidence-based policy planning and implementation. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a Bachelor’s (Honors) degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. Prior to joining Pahle India Foundation, Kuntala worked with McKinsey & Company and NASSCOM, where she contributed to several strategic initiatives shaping India’s technology and policy ecosystem.
