The second Brainstorming Session under the “Bharat @100” project was held in Uttarakhand on 1 st December, 2022. This session was attended by esteemed Vice Chancellors of the Indian Himalayan Central Universities’ Consortium (IHCUC). This session was followed by the first Youth Consultation under the “Bharat @100” project which was held on 2 nd December, 2022, and was attended by several bright, young students and youth from across the state of Uttarakhand.
