With over eight years of experience spanning legal practice, academia and research, Ankeetaa Mahesshwari transitioned to the social and public policy sector to pursue work with broader societal impact. To deepen her expertise, she earned a second Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Children’s Rights from Leiden University, the Netherlands.
Since returning to India in 2022, Ankeetaa has worked in the non-profit sector and contributed to several research publications, articles and books. At Pahlé India Foundation, she works at the intersection of law, public policy and regulatory reform, leading Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) initiatives across verticals and states. As Regional Director (West), she focuses on policy research, stakeholder engagement, institutional strengthening and capacity-building initiatives for government departments.
