Internet based services are expanding in India at a phenomenal rate. Even government has started digitizing its services which can be availed online. To ensure that services are available to every citizen and no one is left out, the government must look at digital inclusion as a policy. We conducted a survey of low-income people to understand the usage of internet and barriers to adoption.
