Subsequent to the Delhi Metro, growth in the metro rail segment in the country has literally shot through the roof. Procurements of goods and services for each of the metro projects has generated tremendous opportunities for domestic as well as foreign firms. Work in this project involves a discussion paper that understands the impact of FDI in the metro rail segment in India.
