PIF report on ‘Digital Inclusion: Moving One Step Closer’ was released on 2nd November 2016 by Shri Anil Kaushal, Full Time Member, TRAI. Opening remarks at the programme was made by Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Founder Director, Pahle India Foundationand Shri R Chandra shekhar, President, NASSCOM delivered the keynote address. Shri Saurabh Roy, Fellow, Pahle India Foundation made the presentation at the report. The release was followed by a report discussion session for which the discussants were Shri Kaushal Kishore, Economic Adviser, Competition Commission of India, Shri Prasanto Roy, VP & Head, NASSCOM, Internet Mobile and Ecommerce Council and Ms. Nirupama Soundararajan, Senior Fellow, Pahle India Foundation.
